At Birch Hill Estate, our ballrooms have no rental fees as long as the food and beverage subtotal minimums are met. While there is no minimum guest count required, the following subtotal minimums apply for indoor ballroom events:
The Conservatory Ballroom
• $14,000 minimum on a Friday or Sunday
• $15,000 minimum on a Saturday
The Columbia Ballroom
• $17,000 minimum on a Friday or Sunday
• $19,000 minimum on a Saturday

These are not rental fees, but required food and beverage spends prior to tax and administrative fees.

The Columbia Ballroom

With a 15-foot fire wall and outdoor seating, you can also invite your guests outdoors on the attached private patio. Running the length of the ballroom, the patio is the perfect location for lawn games and inflatables alongside meticulously maintained evergreens and flowerbeds.

The Pond Pavilion

The Streamside Ceremony Site offers a secluded and enchanting woodland setting, perfect for those seeking a natural and intimate atmosphere. Nestled just off the trail with convenient guest parking nearby, this site feels like a hidden gem in the heart of the forest. The space retains much of its natural charm, with trees left intact to provide a canopy of shade and a sense of seclusion.
At the heart of the site is a rustic arbor set against the backdrop of a gently flowing stream. The arbor’s natural, ruin-like appearance blends seamlessly with the environment, needing little decoration to make a statement. The surrounding brush provides the perfect cover for a grand entrance, and hidden trails offer endless possibilities for customizing your ceremony.
The Streamside Ceremony Site is especially breathtaking in the fall, as the trees transform into a vibrant mosaic of colors, creating a magical setting for your special day.
The Pond Pergola
