Corporate Catering
Birch Hill offers a wide variety of corporate catering options for your next business event. From breakfast to coffee breaks, boxed lunches to full buffet, cocktail hour or sit-down dinner, and even drop-offs we are here to help! When the work is done, we’re happy to help with the fun stuff, too! We love to host employee picnics and company holiday parties. Off-Premise Events
If you’ve booked another venue and are now looking for a full-service caterer, then look no further. At Birch Hill Catering, we proudly offer something for everyone across our two stunning properties: Stablegate Farm & Vineyard and Birch Hill Estate. Together, they feature seven unique reception spaces and six picturesque ceremony sites, ensuring the perfect fit for any event vision.
Stablegate Farm & Vineyard
Located in Castleton-on-Hudson, Stablegate Farm combines rustic charm with scenic beauty. Highlights include the historic 19th-century Stablegate Barn (seating up to 150 indoors or 200 with a tent), the cozy Stablegate Lodge, and breathtaking outdoor ceremony locations, all set against the Catskill Mountains and a private vineyard.
Birch Hill Estate
Just minutes from Albany, Birch Hill Estate offers elegance and versatility on 70 acres of manicured grounds. Options include the sophisticated Conservatory Ballroom, spacious Columbia Ballroom, and multiple outdoor pavilions and ceremony sites, such as the serene Pondside Pergola.
