On May 18, 2024, Raluca and Craig celebrated their love at Stablegate Farm & Vineyard, a venue renowned for its historic charm and rustic elegance. The day began with a pre-ceremony gathering at Stable Gate Winery, our sister company. Guests enjoyed the cozy ambiance of the tasting room, sampling estate wines and craft cocktails. This delightful experience set the tone for the day's festivities. As guests savored their drinks, shuttles were prepared to transport them to the Hudson 360 ceremony site.

The ceremony took place atop Hudson 360, offering panoramic views of the Catskill Mountains. Surrounded by nature's beauty, Raluca and Craig exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony that set the tone for the day's celebrations.

Following the ceremony, guests returned to the Stablegate Barn for the reception. The evening commenced with a sparkling welcome featuring Brut, accompanied by a Birch Hill Bistro Display that included rock shrimp tempura with honey sriracha sauce and Thai peanut noodles. Hand-passed hors d'oeuvres further delighted the guests' palates.

Raluca and Craig's grand entrance was followed by their first dance and a touching mother-son dance. A champagne toast celebrated their union, leading into a thoughtfully curated dinner. The meal began with a preset strawberry poppyseed salad and freshly baked rolls. Guests then chose from entrées such as honey garlic roasted slatler chicken, chargrilled flank steak with chimichurri sauce, baked cod with blistered tomatoes and Castelvetrano olives, and butternut squash ravioli with sweet cream sage sauce. Sides included farro pilaf with toasted almonds and lightly charred broccoli with a lemon garlic crust.

At 8:00 PM, attention turned to a three-tier cake from Oh Goodness Cakes, featuring layers of Irishman chocolate, strawberry marble with strawberry filling, and vanilla cake adorned with fresh berries. Guests enjoyed slices served buffet-style.

The celebration continued with dancing and the bouquet toss at 9:00 PM. The premium full open bar offered the signature "The Karpanu" Moscow Mule, alongside unlimited soft drinks and a full coffee and tea service.

Raluca and Craig's wedding was a harmonious blend of elegance and personal touches, creating a memorable experience for all in attendance.
