On June 28, 2024, Kellsey and Nick celebrated their union at Stablegate Farm and Vineyard, a venue renowned for its rustic charm and picturesque landscapes. The ceremony took place in the vineyard, where our staff meticulously prepared the grounds and provided seating for guests. A welcome station offered iced water, tea, and lemonade to keep everyone refreshed under the warm sun.

Following the ceremony, guests transitioned to a lively cocktail hour. The reception began with a Bistro Display featuring the chef's selection of two hot appetizers, assorted cheeses, vegetable crudités, fresh-cut fruit, a variety of salsas, guacamole, hummus, marinated pickles and olives, tri-colored tortilla chips, and crackers. Hand-passed hors d'oeuvres included mini Reuben croquettes and cider bacon-wrapped dates, delighting the guests' palates.

Following cocktail hour, Kellsey and Nick made their grand entrance into the Stablegate Barn, followed by their first dance and heartfelt parent dances. A toast with drinks in hand celebrated the newlyweds, marking the beginning of an unforgettable evening.

Dinner was served buffet-style, featuring selections from the grill such as 24-hour smoked beef brisket and grilled blackened shrimp. Homestyle sides included an Idaho baked potato bar, the chef's choice of seasonal vegetables, and fresh-baked cornbread with rolls and butter. Seasonal salads like cold pesto tortellini salad, broccoli salad with candied walnuts and dried cranberries, and Mexican street corn added vibrant flavors to the meal.

At 7:30 PM, attention turned to the wedding cake—a three-tier vanilla cake with raspberry filling crafted by Cake Street. The couple chose to save the top tier for their first anniversary, while the remaining tiers were cut and served to guests, providing a sweet conclusion to the feast.

Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed a selection of beer, wine, and soda, along with a full coffee and tea service. The celebration was filled with joy, laughter, and dancing, creating lasting memories for all in attendance.
