On a sunlit day at Stablegate Farm & Vineyard in Castleton-on-Hudson, NY, Isabel and Anthony celebrated their love with a ceremony at the Hudson 360, a hilltop offering panoramic views of the Catskill Mountains. In a heartwarming moment, Isabel's beloved dog, Skitz, escorted her down the aisle, adding a deeply personal touch to the occasion.

Following the ceremony, guests were transported to the reception area, where they were greeted with a vibrant cocktail hour at the Rodeo Bar. The Birch Hill Bistro Display featured a chef's selection of hot appetizers, assorted cheeses, vegetable crudités, fresh-cut fruit, a variety of salsas, guacamole, hummus, marinated pickles and olives, tri-colored tortilla chips, and crackers. Hand-passed hors d'oeuvres included mini grilled cheese with tomato soup shooters, grilled steak with candied red onions and goat cheese, pulled pork on wonton chips with Asian slaw, applewood bacon-wrapped chicken, scallops, and dates, mini crab cakes with chipotle aioli, and mini fish tacos.

Isabel and Anthony made their grand entrance, followed by their first dance. Anthony then serenaded Isabel with a heartfelt guitar performance, captivating their guests. A toast with sparkling cider honored the couple's union.

Dinner featured a buffet with 24-hour smoked beef brisket and brown sugar herb salmon over Spanish Cajun rice. Homestyle sides included a mashed potato bar, seasonal vegetables, street corn, and fresh-baked cornbread with rolls and butter. Seasonal salads such as Mediterranean salad, heirloom tomato with burrata, and warm farro complemented the meal.

Dessert showcased a 6-inch chocolate cake with raspberry and chocolate mousse filling, adorned with dried pressed florals, crafted by Zachary's Pastry Shoppe. Guests enjoyed an assortment of cupcakes, including chocolate with raspberry filling and raspberry buttercream frosting, chocolate with chocolate mousse filling and chocolate buttercream frosting, vanilla with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream frosting, and gluten-free options.

Later in the evening, a carnival station delighted guests with movie theater-style popcorn, mini bags of cotton candy, and fried dough with various toppings. The signature non-alcoholic drink, "Aperol Skitz," a Shirley Temple with an orange twist, paid homage to their cherished dog, Skitz.
